Lawrence Kaye's argument for Marei von Saher's claim to a 16th century painting, looted by the Nazi's in World War II might finally go to trial. Kaye said: "The case is finally beginning, after seven years." Kaye also said that other museums have already returned pieces claimed by von Saher and that so far she has recovered more than 40 pieces, even though more than 1,000 are still missing.
