On 22 May 2014, the Double Tax Treaty between Malta and Russia
(2014) will enter into force, this treaty supersedes the Malta
– Russia Tax Treaty (2000) which will therefore never enter
into force. The Malta-Moldova Income Tax Treaty has been ratified
by Malta on the 6 May 2014 by way of Legal Notice 151 of 2014.
