O Decreto nº 8.165/2013 alterou o Decreto
nº 6.306/2007, reduzindo a zero a alíquota do
IOF/Câmbio incidente na cessão de ações
que sejam admitidas à negociação em bolsa de
valores localizada no Brasil. A medida tem como fim
específico lastrear a emissão de depositary receipts
negociados no exterior, com efeitos a partir de 24 de dezembro de
2013.
