Registered public offering of 285 (two hundred and eighty five) senior certificates of agribusiness receivables ("CRA") and exempted offering of 15 (fifteen) junior CRA, issued by Octante Securitizadora S.A. ("Octante"), amounting to R$85.5 million. XP Investimentos CCTVM S.A. acted as the leading placement agent.

And the CRA is a strong instrument to allow such financings to occur through securitization transactions. This is the first registered public offering of CRA in our capital markets, and it is a groundbreaking structure which will help other transactions to come.
