Dr. Ongun is the Founder and the Managing Partner of the SRP-Legal. 
Before SRP-Legal, she spent over 10 years working for Turkcell Group lastly as the Chief Legal & Regulation Strategies Officer. Up to today, including her duty in Turkcell, she provided legal consultancy and regulatory strategy consultancy in various matters and became experienced in different types of consulting such as preparation of all kinds of draft regulations, licensing and regulatory compliance. Dr. Ongun has extensive experience in Technology, Media and Communication (TMC) Law, Financial Technology and E-Commerce Law and also in Corporate Law, Competition Law and Data Protection & Privacy Law. 
She obtained her LL.M. (Master of Law) degree on Competition Law with her studies in both Istanbul University and London School of Economics and her PhD degree on Data Protection and Privacy Law from Istanbul University. 
Besides, Dr. Ongun is also the visiting Ass. Professor of Bahcesehir University. She is also the writer of the book on Personal Data Protection Law (3rd edition).

Günce Çakir is graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty in 1998 and received LL.M degree at State University of New York in 2005. She started her career at Garanti Bank in 2000, where she worked for 6 years as a lawyer. She then joined Deutsche Bank Group at 2006, where she stayed for 11 years and worked as Legal Director for Turkey and Malta. Günce Çakir joined ING in Turkey in 2018 as Executive Vice President, she has been heading legal in ING in Turkey since then. She is a Board Member at ING Leasing Turkey.
