WEBINAR DESCRIPTION

Worldwide : Cutting the Sweet Deal: Elements of a Sustainable Capital Injection

Global disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has left economies, capital markets and many corporations reeling from the devastating effects of the pandemic. Experts predict that the aftermath will last well into 2021 and though the approval of a vaccine has injected hope into what is currently a dismal economic outlook, corporations are being forced to consider innovative solutions in order to survive. We predict that as businesses adapt to the “new normal”, capital injections from investors will be the lifeline keeping organisations afloat. The goal of the webinar is to discuss the key considerations for a successful capital raise and what drives investor appetite, and our panellists, who are all experienced, internationally renowned men and women of industry in their areas of expertise, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity, will discuss how management structure, governance, and quality impacts valuation and the creation of profitable returns, the identification, allocation and mitigation of risks and how this feeds into transaction documentation.
