The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has issued its Visa Bulletin for March 2021, which brings advancement to priority cut-off dates in many employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will continue using the Final Action Dates chart for processing adjustment-of-status applications in March 2021.
The Final Action Dates chart includes the following key movements:
EB-1
China and India EB-1 will move ahead seven months to August 1, 2020. All other countries will stay current for EB-1.
EB-2
China EB-2 will advance to July 15, 2016. India EB-2 will progress more than 90 days to January 15, 2010. All other countries will remain current for EB-2.
EB-3
China EB-3 will progress five weeks to February 8, 2018. India EB-3 will progress three months to July 1, 2010. All other countries will stay current for EB-3.
