As part of Rimon P.C.’s litigation division, we provide appellate services. Our most recent appellate project was to file an amicus brief in support of Robert Kraft (owner of the New England Patriots) in the State of Florida’s appeal from an order suppressing videotapes in his criminal case. The state charged him with prostitution-related offenses. Police covertly placed video cameras in massage rooms in a private massage parlor and, in the process, monitored and recorded non-targeted people getting massages. The trial court suppressed the evidence and the state is appealing that order. Rimon was asked to file an amicus brief, which we did and can be read by clicking here
