The North American Securities Administrators Association ("NASAA") Electronic Filing Depository ("EFD") will accept mutual fund notice filings starting on July 20, 2020.
Through NASAA's EFD, "filers will be able to submit mutual fund filings and payments directly to participating jurisdictions without relying on paper submissions." NASAA stated that full development of a mutual fund electronic filing system is expected to be deployed in 2021.
