Revisions to the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and
Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual, and to the
associated rule under Regulation S-T, were published in the Federal Register. The updated
EDGAR Filer Manual and related rule amendments became effective on
October 24, 2019.
As previously covered, the EDGAR system was
upgraded on September 30, 2019.
