Kimberly Hamm, Chief Council to former SEC Chair Jay
Clayton, will step down in the coming weeks. Ms.
Hamm was named Chief Counsel to Chair Jay Clayton in August 2019.
Ms. Hamm served as principal legal advisor to Mr. Clayton on the
SEC rulemaking agenda and as a senior advisor on agency
initiatives.
