The US and Japan are joining the Hague System and we had the
chance to interview David Gerk of the USPTO. He is overseeing the
offorts of the USPTO regarding design protection and the accession
to the Hague Agreement. Also, we are telling you about some cool
features of Patentscope, the free patent search tool of WIPO. This
episode is our 1st anniversary episode of IP Fridays. We publlished
