A former Thelen LLP partner went to trial recently over an estimated $180,000 the trustee says he must return.
Ex-Thelen partner Gary Fontana brought the case back to court because he argues that he wasn't compensated before the firm closed in November 2008.
The trustee is seeking $129,844 in distributions it says were given to Fontana plus interest since October 10, 2011.
