The U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs approved, by voice vote, the renomination of Commissioner Hester M. Peirce to the SEC and the nominations of Caroline A. Crenshaw to the SEC and Kyle Hauptman to the National Credit Union Administration Board ("NCUA"). The full Senate confirmed Ms. Peirce and Ms. Crenshaw's nominations the following day (see here and here).

SEC Chair Jay Clayton and SEC Commissioners Elad L. Roisman and Allison Herren Lee issued a joint statement congratulating Ms. Peirce and Ms. Crenshaw on their Senate confirmations.
