David Cross was featured in The Daily Report's coverage of U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg's decision to grant a preliminary injunction "intended to prevent voter disenfranchisement" in a case challenging the reliability of Georgia's electronic voting system.

According to David, who represents the Georgia voters, Judge Totenberg's ruling is a "breakthrough."

"One of the biggest problems that has plagued elections, particularly with the new system, was the breakdown of [electronic] poll books" that resulted in provisional ballots "that sometimes don't get counted," he said.
