London – March 15, 2021 – Cooley advised Brandwatch, a global leader in digital consumer intelligence and social media listening, on its agreement to sell to public relations, marketing and social media management technology company Cision for $450 million. Partner Michal Berkner lead the Cooley team advising Brandwatch on the acquisition, which is expected to close in Q2.
