La Banca d'Italia ha posto in pubblica consultazione la
revisione delle disposizioni di vigilanza in materia di operazioni
di cartolarizzazione e introduce previsioni in materia di
informativa al pubblico in merito alle attività impegnate
(Asset Encumbrance). Tali disposizioni sono contenute nella Parte
II, Capitoli 6 e 13 rispettivamente della Circolare n. 285 del 17
dicembre 2013, e successivi aggiornamenti. L'aggiornamento
allinea le disposizioni nazionali alle novità regolamentari
intercorse dopo l'entrata in vigore del Regolamento EU 575/2013
(CRR). Le disposizioni devono essere osservate dalle istituzioni
che sono soggette agli obblighi in materia di informativa al
pubblico previsti nella parte VIII del CRR.
La pubblica consultazione delle citate disposizioni
terminerà il 15 dicembre 2014.
