The end of the Brexit transition period does not signal the
end of EU law in the UK. From January 1, 2021, a brand new category
of law in the UK has been established – 'Retained EU
Law'; but what does this new category comprise and where does
it fit within the broader UK legal landscape? In Episode one,
Rebecca Timms and James Harrison discuss what role 'Retained EU
Law' now plays in the UK and how it might evolve over time.
They also look at some of the practical implications of this new
