The thresholds applicable from 1 January 2012 to public and utilities procurements under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 and the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 and Scottish equivalents have been published.  The figures are updated every two years.

The thresholds from 1 January 2012 denominated in euros have increased. There is therefore a slightly bigger variation (increase) than is sometimes the case from one two year period to the next.
