Council Of Ministers Adds Provision To Decision On Pricing Of Human Medical Products

The decision of the Council of Ministers adding to the Decision
on the Pricing of Human Medical Products a currency provision
effective as of 19 February 2021 ("Provisional
Decision"), was published on even date in Official Gazette
numbered 31400.
The Provisional Decision provides that for the pricing of human
medical products in Y2021, the value in Euros of one (1) Turkish
Lira shall not exceed 20% of its 2020 valuation. The Price
Evaluation Commission will announce the valuation which will take
effect on the day after the announcement.
