The Grand-Ducal regulation of 22 January 2021, published in the Mémorial A n° 76 de 2021, declared the new agreement on the legal regime of teleworking signed on 20 October 2020 between the social partners to be obligatory.
The Grand-Ducal regulation specifies that the declaration of general obligation shall take effect on the date of entry into force of the new agreement on the legal regime of teleworking.

Déclaration d'obligation générale de la convention du 20 octobre 2020 relative au régime juridique du télétravail
Le Règlement grand-ducal du 22 janvier 2021, publié au Mémorial A n° 76 de 2021 a déclaré d'obligation générale la nouvelle convention relative au régime juridique du télétravail signée le 20 octobre 2020 entre les partenaires sociaux.
Le règlement grand-ducal précise que la déclaration d'obligation générale prend effet à partir de la date d'entrée en vigueur de la nouvelle convention relative au régime juridique du télétravail.

Allgemeine Verbindlichkeitserklärung des Abkommens vom 20. Oktober 2020 betreffend die Rechtsordnung für Telearbeit
Die Großherzogliche Verordnung vom 22. Januar 2021 veröffentlicht im Memorial A Nr. 76 von 2021 hat das neue, am 20. Oktober 2020 zwischen den Sozialpartnern unterzeichnete, Abkommen betreffend die Rechtsordnung für Telearbeit als allgemein verbindlich erklärt.
Gemäß Großherzoglicher Verordnung tritt die allgemeine Verbindlichkeit mit dem Datum des Inkrafttretens des neuen Abkommens betreffend die Rechtsordnung für Telearbeit in Kraft.
