Tracy Rane—a litigator with two decades of experience providing counsel to clients through all stages of a trial—has joined Ballard Spahr's Los Angeles office.
Ms. Rane focuses on copyright infringement; trademark infringement; defamation, right of publicity, and right of privacy; breach of contract; and general civil litigation. She will build on her base of media and entertainment clients by providing counsel on a broader scale of trial-focused matters.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rane has conducted or participated in trials, arbitrations, and appeals before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
