Three graduates of Ogier's tailored trainee solicitor programme have been promoted to become associates of the firm. Nicole Austin-Vautier, Lara Morand, and Eptissam Fakhreddine now join the law firm's teams in the Channel Islands.

In Jersey, Nicole joins the Dispute Resolution team and Lara joins the Corporate team, while Eptissam joins the Corporate and Funds team in Guernsey.

The three newly qualified solicitors successfully completed Ogier's two-year training scheme, which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, and sees trainees take on up to four seats, including time in litigation, as well as the Professional Skills Course and an experiential litigation course that includes a mock trial.

"Ogier was one of the first Channel Islands firms to invest in a training scheme regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority almost 20 years ago and the stream of high quality associates we are able to welcome into our teams is a real testament to the scheme's success. Huge congratulations to Nicole, Lara, and Eptissam," said Training Principal and former graduate of the scheme himself, partner Richard Daggett.

Ogier also offers a comprehensive training scheme tailored to the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination, with a number of pathways available to support students at different stages of their career.
