Jersey corporate law expert Bruce Scott has rejoined Ogier as a partner in its City of London office, with Legal 500 Rising Star Nkechi Hokstad also joining the team as managing associate.

A highly experienced Jersey lawyer, Bruce advises clients across a range of transactional matters, including real estate, REITs, private equity, M&A, finance and investment funds. Legal 500 recommends Bruce as 'deeply impressive and highly reliable' and as a 'sharp lawyer who provides clear and excellent advice'.

Nkechi has a wide range of experience dealing with corporate and commercial matters, particularly in relation to acquisition finance, corporate advisory work and private funds. Legal 500 describes her as 'intelligent, personable and pragmatic in equal measure'.
