Peg O’Brien will present at the February program for the Manchester Area Human Resources Association (MAHRA) on February 14^th at the Derryfield Country Club. Peg will be discussing, “Feeling the Love Among Your Workforce – Romantic Relationships.” During this session participants will learn the risks related to romantic relationships in the workplace, including sexual harassment, and the session will offer practical guidance for managing these relationships among co-workers and supervisors, avoiding conflicts of interest, and responding to claims of discrimination and harassment that may arise from such relationships.

Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton. She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts. Peg also provides training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices and conducts independent workplace investigations.
