Jill Fraser is a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Energy Groups as well as a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Jill's practice focuses on corporate and commercial lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, secured loans, project financings, acquisition financings, venture capital investments and asset-based lending.
Neil Bass is a highly experienced practitioner in tax litigation and commodity taxation, including goods and services tax and harmonized sales tax (GST/HST), provincial sales tax (PST) and international customs duties. He has extensive experience in dealing with various taxation authorities and has represented clients before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal as well as before provincial courts.
Lorenzo Lisi is leader of the firm's Workplace Law Group. He has practised exclusively in the area of labour and employment law for over 30 years, representing employers on all areas touching labour and employment law, both provincially and federally. His expertise spans the broad spectrum of workplace law, whether it be defending employers against employee claims (wrongful and constructive dismissal, human rights, harassment) or dealing with a unionized workplace.
