Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Kshama Loya has joined as a Partner in the Firm's Dispute Resolution practice in the Mumbai office.

A law graduate (2009 Batch) from ILS Law College Pune; Kshama has completed her LLM in International Commercial Laws from King's College London in 2011 and studied negotiation at Harvard Law School. She is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in India and England & Wales.

Kshama has advised and represented Indian and foreign clients, and governments in complex disputes involving commercial and investor-State arbitration, arbitration-related litigation, contractual disputes, and in commercial, civil and criminal litigations. She has also led teams and regularly acted as a lead counsel before arbitral tribunals and courts.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Kshama has worked with Nishith Desai Associates, Trilegal, ALMT Legal, Baker Botts LLP, London and with late Prof Martin Hunter in London. She started her practice in the chambers of Justice S.V. Gangapurwala, Chief Justice of the High Court of Madras in 2009.
