TMF Group, a leading provider of business administration services around the world, today announced the acquisition of Premier Consulting SA in Greece.
Premier Consulting SA provides a range of accounting and tax compliance, HR, payroll and transfer pricing services.
The acquisition marks a significant step for TMF Group, strengthening and expanding its presence in Greece and south-eastern Europe.
