PartnerCarlos Cucurellaattended the gala reception at Plaisterers' Hall in London on Thursday night to accept the award on the firm's behalf.
For the third time in the award's four-year history, Fross Zelnick has been selected by WTR and IAM as a top firm in the United States, winning the same award in 2022 and "Trademark Litigation Firm of the Year" in the award's inaugural year of 2019.
The Global IP Awards have become a hallmark in recognizing and honoring law firms' outstanding legal expertise in trademark and patent litigation, prosecution, and transactional work.
Earlier this year,World Trademark Reviewrecognized 20 Fross Zelnick attorneys in their 2023 edition of "WTR 1000". They also awarded the firm their highest "Gold" band in both the United States: National and United States: New York for enforcement and litigation as well as prosecution and strategy.
