On this day in 2010 I excitedly launched my firm  People + Culture Strategies ... boldly establishing an unusually-named law firm that would work with clients to prevent legal issues arising in their workplaces while also addressing those issues if they arose.

The journey, 13 years later, continues to inspire me every day as we have, as a team, exceeded every expectation I could possibly have had. Recognised well and truly on a global scale, a major sponsor of countless sporting teams and organisations, a supporter of Arts organisations and some of the best musicals ever produced in Australia, thought-leading in our events and approach to work, always striving to create exceptional value for our clients and partners and providing enhanced career opportunities for those who have spent any time with us as part of the team.

To all who have been a part of our journey ... I thank you and may we continue to do you proud!!! And in what is more than a coincidence, it has been so fitting that  Northern Suburbs Rugby Football Club and  NSW Swifts both had exceptional wins on this day with both defeating the defending premiers in their respective competitions. A particular congratulations  to the Swifts who will now aim to win their second premiership with the PCS logo on the back of their dress next Saturday in Melbourne.
