Angelina Kozary

Partner Angelina Kozary joins Holman Webb's Sydney-based Commercial Recovery and Insolvency Team led by 2022 Lawyers Weekly Insolvency Partner Christopher Hadley. 

Previously recognised by Doyle's Guide as a 'Rising Star' for Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency, Angelina is an expert in formal insolvency appointments, corporate restructurings, complex commercial litigation and insolvency risk advice. 

Angelina's practice has focused on assisting liquidators, voluntary administrators, receivers, and secured creditors - as well as corporate clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.  She has acted in high profile matters before the Supreme and Federal Courts in New South Wales and Victoria, and has assisted directors of companies, facing financial distress, to find commercial solutions to complex issues.
 

Greg Conomos

Holman Webb is also pleased to welcome Partner, Greg Conomos, along with Associate, Melinda Patroulias and Paralegal, Natasha Bakhuizen who join the firm's Business, Corporate and Commercial Team in Sydney.  Greg acts on institutional and mid-market banking transactions for Australia's major banks, non-bank lenders, real estate funds, pub funds and corporate borrowers (among others) on a bilateral, syndicated and club basis.

Greg also specialises in property, construction and corporate finance with a particular focus on aged care, retirement villages, aviation, pubs, clubs, pharmacy, health, professional services, property, construction, and transport and logistics sectors, among others.  He also assists new non-bank lenders enter the market and have designed a unique co-lending and white-labelling structure.
 

Vahini Chetty

Holman Webb is equally excited to welcome back Vahini Chetty as a Partner, leading the firm's Melbourne-based Insurance Team.  Vahini recently re-joined Holman Webb after having played an integral role in the firm's Sydney-based Insurance Team between 2011-2018.

Prior to returning to Holman Webb, Vahini practiced as a corporate lawyer in England where she completed her Master of Laws.  Whilst Vahini has recently focused on Property, Energy and Infrastructure matters, her experience spans key areas of Holman Webb' practice, including personal injury, medical negligence, Coroner's Inquests, professional indemnity, product liability and employment disputes.
