On 8 June 2023 the Breathe Charity Fund was granted a third place in the National competition "Charitable Ukraine-2022: Charity to support Ukraine's defence" in the Healthcare category. This achievement highlights the fund's exceptional efforts in making a meaningful impact to support the Ukrainian civilian population, including refugees and Ukrainian hospitals. The award was proudly presented to Yuriy Kryvosheya co-founder of the Breathe Charity Fund, President & Managing Partner of PJSC Toronto-Kyiv.

The National competition "Charitable Ukraine" is an annual All-Ukrainian event that promotes effective socially oriented philanthropy, charity and volunteering in the country. It seeks to inform society about the best practices of charitable activities and recognises the top philanthropists, activists, volunteers and organisations.

This year, more than 1460 applications in 26 contest nominations were submitted by philanthropists from all over Ukraine.
