ATOZ Tax Advisers, a leading Luxembourg advisory firm and founder member of Taxand globally, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners, Christina Leomy-Voigt and Andreas Medler, both experts in International & Corporate Tax, bringing the number of partners to 14.

Having joined the firm in 2015 and a tax professional since 2008, Christina has experience in structuring Pan-European alternative investment funds across all asset classes, as well as coordinating tax advice and implementation for institutional investors. She advises a wide range of international clients on direct tax aspects of cross-border transactions, set-up of investment structures, reorganisations and exit planning.

Andreas also joined the firm in 2015 and has been a tax professional since 2010. He has extensive experience in the field of international tax and transfer pricing for a wide range of institutional investors. He provides advice on a variety of tax and transfer pricing structuring aspects, focusing on alternative investment funds (private equity, real estate, sovereign wealth funds) as well as the tax structuring of multinational groups.
