We want to provide you with an update on Intertrust's response to the COVID-19 virus. As always, protecting the health and well-being of employees, clients and business partners is our top priority.

As a global company operating in 32 jurisdictions, Intertrust has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus since it first appeared in mainland China. Our technology, client processes and general management capabilities have been put to the test since day one. We're pleased to say we continue to operate as normal with a healthy work force.

While we cannot directly influence the series of events related to COVID-19, our company is well positioned to adapt to them and proactively respond. We have established a global governance framework and local teams are actively monitoring developments in their respective jurisdictions. Setting a high global standard of control then adjusting for local nuance has been a core competency of Intertrust for many decades, although it's unfortunate that these qualities are being put to use in this context.

Some specific measures we have taken during this time include restriction of non-essential travel, staff quarantine as per WHO guidance, remote access operations and re-validation of business continuity plans. As I'm sure you're aware, the need to work from home is only likely to increase in the coming days. A substantial portion of our Asia-based staff have already been working from home and we're implementing those same measures in other jurisdictions as the need arises.

Our goal remains to provide uninterrupted services to you throughout this period. With that said, we've encouraged employees to host meetings via video or tele-conference where possible.

We fully appreciate that many of our services allow you to both operate today and expand towards the future. Please know that we're committed to supporting your business throughout this period.
