The first issue of flood bonds may be traded on the Prague Stock Exchange from 21 August 1997. However, no significant interest has arisen to date.

The Ministry of Finance issued the second block of flood bonds in the total amount of KS 1,2 billion on 29 August 1997. These bonds are in a materialised form in nominal values of Ke 1,000 and Ke 10,000. The second issue was also open for foreign investors.

The Ministry of Finance issued the third block of dematerialised bonds in the total amount of KS 2,8 billion. These dematerialised bonds have a nominal value of KS 1,000. The third issue was also open for foreign investors.
