Dentons has co-authored the CEE Investment Report 2018: New Frontiers of Growth ‒ a short analysis of the region's potential as an investment location. The guide has been compiled by Skanska, CBRE, PwC and Dentons.

The report highlights all the factors and competitive advantages that contribute to the high investment potential of the CEE region. It analyzes transaction structures, tax rates and other costs in CEE, comparing them to Western European standards. It also points to the dynamics of the labor market which has recently undergone a change, from economic growth based on wage competitiveness to growth based on knowledge.

All these factors significantly impact the office market in CEE. The demand for modern office space is very strong. It is generated not only by the business services sector, one of the region's fastest growing and evolving sectors, but also by the growing needs of public institutions. Simultaneously, strong demand generates strong development activity. This is borne out by CEE's performance where 6 million sqm of new office space, set to be completed in the next three years, will be added to the region's current modern office stock of 21.1 million sqm. This means an annual growth rate of close to nine per cent.
