Delhi High Court order partial re-opening of courts in Delhi
from 18 January 2021 onwards
In continuation of its previous orders in this regard and in
view of declining cases of COVID-19 pandemic, the Delhi High Court
has ordered that 11 of its benches will hold physical courts while
the remaining benches will continue to take up matters through
video conferencing.
