Panel discussion on Contracts, Comics and Creativity with
Anirudh Rastogi, Robert De Rooy and Camilla Anderson
Ikigai Managing Partner Anirudh Rastogi was on a panel with
Robert De Rooy and Camilla Anderson (whose illustrated contracts
have made their way to an art gallery!). Anirudh discusses why
should the business community invest in contracts that are a joy to
read? His key proposition is that contracts can help bridge the
trust deficit with customers. Our favourite takeaway is from
Camilla who speaks about a clause that allows one party to
unilaterally change the terms of contract and how it makes
sense to put it out right upfront in a contract (in bold and
colour). There should be no surprises!
The discussion is available here and you can hear Anirudh at 32:00
