Законопроектом
предлагается
ввести
мораторий
на
банковскую
и
сопутствующую,
в том числе
коллекторскую,
деятельность
юридических
лицрезидентов
Украины,
которые не
имеют
лицензии
Банка
России и
зарегистрированы
в
оккупированном
Крыму до
его
незаконного
присоединения
к России, а
также на
деятельность
физических
и
юридических
лиц,
действующих
в их
интересах.
