Employment law constantly changes, with unprecedented challenges for businesses. Now more than ever, companies need to understand employment laws to manage their business operations and identify potential problems.

To provide straightforward, direct and practical guidance, Ganado Advocates together with Twenty-one Law and BCGL Advocates will organise the 12th Employment Case Law Annual Conference on 26 November 2020. This conference is aimed at HR professionals, Unions, Managers and Employers with responsibility for employment law issues in their organisation as well as in-house lawyers and advocates who practice in employment law. On the day participants will also be presented with findings on the Industrial Tribunal and its trends over the years.

Dr Matthew Brincat from Ganado Advocates, Dr Andrew Borg Cardona from BCGL Advocates and Dr Roselyn Borg from Twenty-one Law will be the speakers at this conference and will discuss the most relevant 2019-2020 decisions of the Industrial Tribunal and Appeals together with the most relevant employment law decisions of the European Court of Justice.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference will be held online.
