Extended Deadline For The Submission Of The 2019 Personal Income Tax Returns (IR1) And The Payment Of Tax Due

On the 16th of June 2020, the Cyprus Tax Department
announced the extension of the deadlines for the following 2019 tax
submissions to 30 October 2020 (ΚΔΠ
247/2020):
Employees and pensioners (TD1 – Employee)
- Submission of the 2019 personal
income tax return by employees and pensioners whose gross income
exceeds €19.500 and for the payment of their tax due
Self-employed individuals (TD1 – self-employed)
- Submission of the 2019 personal
income tax return by self-employed individuals whose turnover does
not exceed the amount of €70.000 and for the payment of their
tax due
TAXISnet users will receive a notification via their TAXISnet
email address once the electronic submission forms become available
through the TAXISnet system.
