Our client, Phinergy, has recently partnered with India's largest commercial oil company Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. to develop and manufacture innovative metal-air batteries for the Indian market. The deal included an equity investment in Phinergy as well as the formation of a joint venture in India – of a manufacturing company. Phinergy specializes in aluminum-air (Al-air) and zinc-air technologies. Phinergy is represented by our Managing Partner, Zeev Pearl and the deal was handled by our Senior Partner, Hili Rashkovan with the assistance of Senior Partner, Tal Rotman.
