On 6 June 2011 the Law of Ukraine No. 3263-VI "On Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Simplification of the Procedure of Establishing Business" (the "Law") became effective. The Law was adopted by the Ukrainian Parliament on 21 April 2011.

In addition to the summary of the draft Law that we published in our earlier Law-Now Article on 01 June 2011 " Ukraine: Setting up business becomes easier", please be advised that the Law abolishes the requirement about mandatory notarial confirmation of founders' signatures on the constituent documents of a legal entity.
