Our glamorous yearly Christmas event has turned into a virtual one this year. Less glamour but more safety, a most important aspect to value right now. Despite virtually we still kept to some of our traditions; our CEO's motivational speech, performance awards that recognised our top performers, raffle in aid of charity, Christmas goodies for our teams and also some quality time together to catch up on the challenging yet rewarding year.

Michael J. Zammit, CSB Group CEO, addressed the various team members coming from CSB Group, VacancyCentre, Malta Sotheby's International Realty and Regus Malta.

In his speech he spoke about the year that is about to end and the hurdles we faced during the pandemic. Congratulating all the team members on their effort, commitment and exceptional service during this period, Michael said:

"We have all managed to adapt to this new realty, whether we liked it or not. What I can say is, it has definitely made us stronger and even closer as a Team, whilst allowing for some of us to come out of our comfort zones, thus making some of us more independent in approach."

During the event, awards were given to our top performers and staff celebrating 5 years in employment with the Group.  Paulina Zolnik received the Rising Star Award, and Bjorn Borg, Patricia Deguara, Ceren Manteca Selles, Caroline Chetcuti and John Tabone received the Supporting Star Award. The Shining Star was awarded to Rachel Genovese, Francesca Buhagiar and Samantha Sciberras. The 5 Year Long Service Award was awarded to Sandra Agius, Sharon Grima and Francesca Buhagiar.

The virtual event also featured draws of raffle prizes with the money collected being donated to various charitable institutions.

Everyone at CSB Group would like to wish all our Business Partners and Clients and their respective families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
