The Trusts (Amendment) Law, 2019 (the
"Amendment") will come into force in the
Cayman Islands on 14 June 2019.
The Amendment makes a number of significant enhancements to the
Trusts Law (2018 Revision) (the "Law")
and, in particular, to the Grand Court's jurisdiction in
relation to the administration of trusts.
