Walkers is celebrating the fifth anniversary of Walkers
Professional Services ("WPS"), which was
launched in 2015. The firm credits client demand as the catalyst
for opening WPS five years ago and in recognition of the dedicated
professional services team and the loyalty of their clients, WPS is
making the most of this milestone occasion.
When WPS opened in June 2015, there were just ten employees; eight staff were based in the Cayman Islands, with just one employee located in each of the Dubai and Hong Kong offices. After five years, WPS has grown to a total of 126 employees across five offices, focusing on four key service lines globally (Corporate, Company Secretarial, Fiduciary, Compliance and Regulatory) with multiple sub-sets of further services under each.

WPS was launched because our clients wanted a full suite of corporate and fiduciary services that matched the market leading standards set by Walkers. Just over a year after the launch of WPS in the Cayman Islands, WPS Ireland was opened following six years of growth and the establishment of Walkers as a pre-eminent financial services law firm in Ireland.

With offices now located in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Dubai, Hong Kong, Ireland and a branch office in Abu Dhabi, Walkers is able to deliver a truly global and seamless integration of legal, corporate, fiduciary and compliance services in real-time.
