On October 1, 2020, SiteOne® Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) announced that BURNCO Landscape Centres Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BURNCO Rock Products Ltd., had sold its assets to SiteOne.
BURNCO Landscape Centres serves the three western Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan from 12 locations focused on the distribution of hardscapes and landscape supplies to landscape professionals.
SiteOne Landscape Supply is the largest and only national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the US and has a growing presence in Canada. Its customers are primarily residential and commercial landscape professionals who specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of lawns, gardens, golf courses and other outdoor spaces.
BURNCO Rock Products Ltd. is a fourth generation family business headquartered in Calgary with operations in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Texas and Colorado. BURNCO produces high-quality aggregate, paving asphalt and ready-mix concrete for its valued customers.
