December 19, 2019 - Canada immigration authorities have conducted a second Express Entry draw in eight days, issuing Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to 3,200 candidates with the lowest CRS score of 469.

The December 19 draw saw the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) fall by three points to 469.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has now invited 85,300 candidates in 2019, against a high-skilled immigration admission target of 81,400.

IRCC broke the record for annual Express Entry ITAs in 2018 with 89,800.
