  1. All public companies;
  2. Large proprietary companies, which have at least two of the following attributes:
    1. more than $50 million consolidated annual revenue;
    2. more than $25 million consolidated gross asset value;
    3. more than 100 employees;
  3. Trustees of registrable superannuation entities;
