Henson has over two decades of experience coaching high-performing individuals on business development and leadership strategies. She helps lawyers navigate the intersection of business and law to ultimately grow their practices, improve financial results, and spark innovation. Prior to Taft's combination with Briggs and Morgan, Henson was the director of client development and marketing. In 2020, she co-founded the Minneapolis Strategic Coalition of Law Firms, a consortium of 20 local law firm managing partners and leaders that supports the downtown Minneapolis business community as it faces the challenges of COVID-19 and social unrest.
